Our 39 point inspection includes details such as the following and many more:

  • Satellite image of roof with precise measurements
  • Shingle nailing accuracy
  • Repair estimate with $169 credit
  • Attic ventilation audit
  • Roof to code specific checks
  • Expected remaining service life
  • Storm damage assessment with Insurance Claim recommendation
  • Full quote for replacement at current prices
  • Attic fan function test

Our included roof tuneup service addresses a number of different areas of the roof. If you roof has any leaves or debris on it, it will be blown off. All caulking will be re-caulked since caulk has a finite life span. This includes flashings, extrusions such as pipe jacks, and exposed nail heads. Next, any nail pops will be addressed by re-nailing them down. A nail pop occurs when rapid changes in temperature cause the deck of the roof and the metal of the nail to expand and contract to the point that the nail gets backed out of its hole. This can cause the shingles to get pushed up and be more susceptible to wind damage. Additionally, we will perform minor repairs as we see fit and necessary. For any major issues, we will preform a temporary repair (tarp) until a repair estimate has been agreed upon.
