Free Simple Inspection

Blackstone Roofing’s Free Simple Inspection is perfect for any homeowner with a roof over 6 years old or one experiencing any issues. It is also what we recommend if you are considering filing an insurance claim on your roof. 

All of our team members use specialized shoes called “Cougar Paws” that allow them safer travels when up on the roof, as well as protect the granules on your roof. They are also equipped with a Ridge Pro safety device. This affords them easy, safe ingress and egress as well as the ability to travel down steep slopes with confidence. 

The inspection process can take as little as 15 minutes if your roof is in relatively good condition with lots of life ahead of it or as long as about an hour if the homeowner decides to do a (free) pre-insurance claim inspection. Our roof specialist will look for signs of workmanship errors, storm (wind and hail) damage, and material defects. If you have any leaks, they will try to determine the roof cause. They will relay all relevant information to the homeowner and talk about any options for next steps.
